With over a decade of experience in IT technology, my journey began in 2013 when I joined the US Marine Corps as a data network operator. During my service, I obtained certification as a network operation specialist, including CCNA and Microsoft essentials. I spent my time configuring and maintaining network services for the airwing, honing my skills in routing and switching, particularly with Cisco products.

Following my military service, I transitioned to Arizona, where I joined OneNeck, a prominent service provider. Here, I provided essential helpdesk and email support before transitioning to the network support team. In this role, I focused on configuring Cisco products, leveraging my expertise to troubleshoot and optimize network performance.

My passion for networking led me to specialize in Meraki products, and I successfully transitioned into a Meraki network engineer role. In this capacity, I've been instrumental in troubleshooting customer networks, further refining my skills, and expanding my knowledge base. Additionally, I had the privilege of teaching the CCNA for one semester at Chicago Community College, where I discovered a passion for training and sharing knowledge.

I consider myself a "swiss army knife" of Cisco Networking, adept at various aspects of network architecture. My areas of expertise include setting up virtual servers, managing Microsoft Active Directory, basic computer troubleshooting and imaging, as well as wireless technology.

Looking ahead, I'm eager to continue advancing my career in network architecture, leveraging my extensive experience and passion for Cisco Networking to drive innovation and excellence in the field.
