Start here

1. Install or update from Elgato Marketplace, then select the included Ultimate Artillery profile for your device.
2. Select CAL MENU in the Stream Deck app. Expand Troubleshooting and click Check input helper.
3. For map-menu capture, open the game map. Hover a point and press CAL MENU, then hover the menu’s coordinate-copy entry and press CAL MENU again within 60 seconds.
4. Capture Position and Target. Set the same metres-per-coordinate-unit scale on your Bearing/Range and Distance keys, and verify it against a known distance.

The helper check sends no clicks or keystrokes. A successful check confirms initialization, not that a game will accept input. Range is horizontal distance, not a ballistic firing solution.

Clear calibration

Hold the physical CAL MENU key for 1.5 seconds, or select it in Stream Deck and click Clear saved calibration. It returns to SETUP and keeps your Position and Target.

Reset Coordinates does the opposite: it clears Position and Target while keeping calibration. Recalibrate after changing game resolution or UI scale.

Yellow warning or buttons not working?

1. Select the affected key in Stream Deck and expand Troubleshooting.
2. Click Check input helper, then Copy support details.
3. Retry the failing action. Copy support details again afterward to capture its error.
4. Send those reports with your Windows version, Stream Deck software version and the name of the affected action.

Support reports contain error codes, action names and timestamps. They exclude coordinates, clipboard text and chat content.

What the common errors mean

SCRIPT BLOCK

Windows PowerShell blocked the helper script. Review the report and your execution-policy settings. On a managed computer, ask your administrator to allow the helper.

PS ERROR / NO PS

The helper could not initialize, or Windows PowerShell could not start. Send the diagnostic report so we can narrow down the cause.

INPUT BLOCK / FOCUS

Keep the game focused. Check whether the game runs as administrator while Stream Deck does not. An input failure alone does not identify the cause.

NEED CAL / BAD COPY / SET POS

Complete calibration, check the capture mode and copied coordinates, or record your Position first, respectively.

The plugin launches a Windows PowerShell input helper as your user. It does not change permissions or bypass Windows policy. Normal use does not require administrator privileges.
